“ My wife and I got a small container of their classic banana pudding to go. We brought it home and enjoyed for dessert. The pudding is the perfect sweetness. Very light and fluffy. The bread is more like a cake than the crunchy vanilla wafer I've had in banana pudding before, but it is actually really moist and well suited. There was one slice of banana in our cup, could have been nice to have more mixed in. Overall I'd say it's a 8/10. Very yummy and worth trying. Especially since we only had to wait 5 minutes to order at the Columbus Circle location. My friends tried the matcha specialty flavor and were very disappointed - the matcha flavor was not mixed in and only had some matcha powder sprinkled on top which really just stuck to the lid. Underwhelming matcha flavor, not well incorporated at all. ”

“ Small storefront right in the Columbus circle area, went around 9am and it wasn't busy at all. Service was speedy. Got the seasonal holiday red velvet banana pudding instead of the original. Wouldn't recommend it honestly as the red velvet made it way too sweet and lacked the balance that the nilla wafers bring in the original. Also it looks way less appetizing. But the store itself was great! Would visit again. ”

“ Funny story- I heard of Magnolia Bakery first via Monos suitcases. I got the purple icing suitcase set last Christmas, and love the color. Turns out it's a partnership with Magnolia Bakery. So we had to stop by in-person! I got the Carrie cupcake (like Carrie Bradshaw from Sex in the City); it was alright. A little bit tooo sugary and thick on the frosting; didn't quite nail the frosting-cake ratio. Also got the banana pudding because of the hype- and YES, this one is worth trying! Small shops, no seating indoors; but some tables on the patio. ”

“ YUM. This banana pudding is worth the hype. The soft little bready cookie bits, the small banana pieces, and the pudding itself - unbelievable. My husband was so hooked that he insisted we go back for a large container after we shared a small one in the morning! The coffee was really good - my husband had a hot vanilla latte. (Word of caution- it was very hot so wait a little before taking your first sip.) I had a chai latte and it was okay. But no points off because this is a bakery, not a coffee shop. The other desserts looked AMAZING. If we had more time in the city I would have come back to try more. ”
